GIFT VOUCHERS

Due to plans to dial back on our business over the next year or two, we are no longer offering gift vouchers for sale.

We currently have no bookings available. Due to weekly capping limits plus our impending travels, there is no availability before October. Please contact us if you have a gift voucher that will expire during before then or if you wish to be placed on waitlist for last minute cancellations. 

**You must contact us before your gift voucher expires to have it extended. We will be monitoring and replying to all emails with options.

IMPORTANT!

If you have a gift voucher, book via the booking button below and then email us with the gift voucher code. If you are a referral or repeat client, please select "referral gift voucher booking".

Once we see your booking, we will then send you the booking documents which are required to be completed to confirm your session. Please keep an eye on your spam folder in case they land there. Thanks!

Note: Complimentary photoshoots (referral gift vouchers, prizes, repeat clients) incur $80 booking fee which is refunded after your purchase appointment. This booking fee is forfeited in event of no-shows or late cancellations.

For more than two pets from the same household, a fee of $55 per extra pet applies. Please email us if this is you so we can find a longer timeslot.

Please contact us if you'd like to be placed on a waitlist for an earlier date (note, our booking documents need to be completed prior to being put on a waitlist).

Please understand that the base session fee does not include digital files or print products. 

Where appropriate, check your gift voucher for your specific inclusions.

Our product pricelist is provided from first enquiry so you know exactly what to expect and can budget accordingly.  If you prefer, send us an email before you book and we will forward a copy of our pricelist to you.

Important:

  • Gift vouchers are not refundable.

  • Our sessions only include what is on the gift voucher and that prints and digitals files are additional cost (price list is provided from first contact).

  • Please note the expiry date is less than 12 months from purchase and there is no guarantee of extension of voucher beyond the expiry due to our plans to reduce our availability over the coming year.

  • Any offers or specials cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher.

  • Gift vouchers cannot be used for our limited edition sessions or special mini sessions.

  • Gift vouchers and wall-art credit are not transferable or redeemable for cash. 

  • Gift prints offered as part of vouchers cannot be "upgraded".​
