When your dogs are your world, you want to show them off. So to feature them in the best possible way is to have personalised artwork on display in your home.
Janine Fabre Photography is a home-studio located in Queanbeyan East catering for Canberra and surrounding regions with pets coming to us from all over NSW.
With over 25 years experience in media, photography and videography industry, I am fussy for quality and getting the details right. So however you choose to display your photos, whether huge single print, a collection or digital files, you know each and every image reflects my own skill and expertise to ensure they look pawfect!
Plus a keen interest in dog behaviour and training, I have a good understanding and reading of your dog. This means I always place the needs of your pet first.
Got an anxious or nervous dog? No problem, let us know so we can make a time for your pet to visit our studio before the photoshoot to have a no-stress meet and greet so we can give them every chance to be settled for their session.
Each session takes around 45-60 minutes during which time I take a variety of photos using backdrops and studio lighting. Where possible I shoot on both white and black backdrops and a variety of poses so we have a big choice of photos.
We start with giving your dog time to sniff, settle and get used to their surroundings. We have a very relaxed environment with a dog-friendly secure courtyard that enters directly into our studio space.
We use toys and treats to make it lots of fun to encourage doggy co-operation. Please bring your pet's favourite treats and toys!
Depending on your pet's personality, training and co-operation, we may even try some treat and ball-catch photos or high-fives!
How much and what's included?
We offer a choice of three packages, all include product credit, which means you are not committed to any particular product until your purchase appointment (after your session) when you are looking at all your gorgeous photos.
You can use your product credit on printed, tangible products (wall art or desktop items) or you may opt for digital files. The choice is your's!
You also receive the matching digital files of anything you have printed. PLUS, select from Complete or Hound packages and you will receive additional digital files again. How good is that?!
For more than two pets from the same household, a fee of $55 per extra pet applies. Please email us if this is you so we can find a longer time slot.
Apologies, we currently have no bookings available. Due to weekly capping limits plus our impending travels, there is no availability before October. Please contact us if you have a gift voucher that will expire during before then or if you wish to be placed on waitlist for last minute cancellations.
**You must contact us before your gift voucher expires to have it extended. We will be monitoring and replying to all emails with options.
Purchasing appointment
A few days after your photoshoot you will have your purchasing appointment which is when you get to see all your photos and purchase your wall art or package.
Usually we will have around 30 photos to show you but this is dependent on how cooperative your pet is. Often we might have more if we photograph a number of pets or do lots of tricks.
Ready-to-hang wall art starts at $650, smaller bookshelf and gift items are also available starting from $420.
Most of our clients spend between $1,200-$2,600 on wall art and print products which all come with matching digital files. You are also able to purchase individual digital files.
During your purchasing appointment you can look at the quality of the samples and be confident you are getting amazing products. With so many print and product combinations available, you have plenty to choose from. We provide products of exceptional quality, at highly competitive prices.
Payment options
A minimum of 25% deposit is required for all print and digital orders at time of ordering by cash, credit card or direct deposit.
Full payment is required prior to release of any print products or digital files.
