Before the shoot

Prior to the photoshoot, we will decide locations and times, keeping in mind light and weather, and answer any of your concerns and provide guidance on what to wear on the day.

We can photograph you in your home or park location, we make it as fun as possible with  some posed but most lifestyle and fun. Photos of your children playing in the park rather than trying to get them to sit still for posed photos often works better.

Maybe you want me to come to your home and photograph 'a day in your family's life'.

Or you may choose to have your family portrait in our studio.

The choice is your's. Browse our gallery to see what interests you most. Either way, I promise it will be fun and you will have beautiful lasting photos of your family.

Photoshoot fun

This is the fun bit! Come to your session with a big smile and ready for a fun hour or so. Bring your pets, they are family after all.

Feel free to bring some props, children's favourite toy, even a change of clothes. The photography session lasts approximately one hour which is plenty of time to capture some wonderful photos of your family.

Session fees

Your $120-$160 sitting fee (incl GST) includes:

  • 1 hour session (depending on location and weekday vs weekend - click "book now" for prices)

  • 12"x8" fine art print (in 14"x11" matt) valued at $90

  • 1 hour design appointment to choose from approx 30-40 proofs

A $60 deposit is required to secure your booking. See T&Cs for further information.

Sitting fees do not include digital or print images which can be purchased separately. For example matted prints (suitable for a 8"x10" frame) start from $65, canvas prints ready to hang start from $250, framed from $350.

There is no minimum spend, you only buy what you love. And if you don't love any, you get your session fee back*. That's how confident I am that you will love your photos.

Most of my families spend between $900-$1,900 on wall art and albums. Wall groupings are particularly popular.

*100% guarantee: Love it or get your money back and no digitals, products or prints will be supplied.

After the photoshoot - reveal appointment

A few days after your shoot, we meet again in our home-studio in Queanbeyan East. We will take the time to go through a selection of photos, viewing them on the large screen, carefully choosing the right pieces for your home and select appropriate pieces for each space.

You can even take a photo of your own living space for me to place in the software to demonstrate exactly how your artwork will appear in your home - this is so important to help take you feel confident with what you are selecting. See how it works here.

You will be finalising your wall-art order during this appointment so make sure all the decision makers are present at this meeting (subsequent appointments will be charged).

It is your investment so there are a range of art pieces to suit different styles and budgets.

Collections are a popular way to tell your family’s story with a wall gallery. Box-framed canvas prints are very popular with my clients. All framed prints are on archive quality products with acid-free mat boards.

Can't decide? Then a photo album is perfect for your needs. Matted prints and acrylic photo blocks are a great gift idea.

Matted prints (suitable for a 8"x10" frame) start from $55, canvas prints ready to hang start from $250, framed from $350.

Most of my clients spend between $900-$1,900 on wall art. Wall groupings are particularly popular.  Digital files are $75ea with discounts offered for larger orders.
